Thaddeus Anim-Somuah, Engineering Projects Manager, Croda

Thaddeus Anim-Somuah studied MEng chemical engineering (business management) at the University of Manchester. During his studies he was on the IChemE North West Members board as a student representative, he also worked for P&G as a process engineering intern as part of a university scholarship program. After graduation, Thaddeus began working at Croda as a process engineer. He worked on various projects in the Netherlands and Spain. In his current role as engineering manager projects, he is responsible for developing and implementing long term strategy and strategic projects, addressing topics such as Industry 4.0 and sustainability.
