We are excited present our Global Engineering Futures Challenge 2020, this is an opportunity for early career engineers from around the world, including students and graduates, to create an infographic which showcases their engineering solution towards advancing sustainable development. Entries will identify engineering challenges and showcase potential solutions, linking them to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with a focus on global impact.

Entries should tackle a diverse range of challenges including those associated with the climate crisis to gender equality in engineering - the bolder the solution, the better. The entries will be judged on the impact, relevance and clarity of their infographic, with the winner being allocated a mentor in sustainable engineering and their entry will be published widely across Global Engineering Futures platforms. This could be the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career. We'll also be promoting the work of our runners up, so get your thinking caps on for a chance to become a winner of the Global Engineering Futures Challenge 2020!

Even if you’ve never heard of an infographic, we’ve got loads of FAQs on our competitions page, including a link to the submissions portal where you will upload your infographic. We’ll also be providing you with inspiration right the way through September, so if you’re struggling for ideas check back on our channels and you might find what you were looking for. Registration is now open with the submission deadline set for 28th September.

Best of Luck!
